Construction Services
CATI has completed numerous renovation projects throughout the east coast with an emphasis on renovation after environmental remediation projects. Construction emphasis on carpentry, framing, drywall, concrete /paving and electrical services (i.e. transformer installation, total building wiring, switchgear installation and ATS installation.
Asbestos, Lead & Mold Abatement
CATI's full service abatement division offers a turnkey operation for the safe and cost effective removal of asbestos, lead or mold containing materials.
Fireproofing/Reinsulation
CATI, Inc. has a thermal insulation and spray fireproofing division providing professional services to the asbestos abatement and general construction industries.
Underground/Aboveground Storage Tank Removal Soil Remediation & Facility Decontamination
CATI personnel have worked with OSHA, EPA and various State Environmental Agencies and can assist the owners with regulatory requirements. All required project documentation including Remedial Action Reports, UST Closure Reports and Site Assessment Reports are prepared in-house and are prepared to meet the stringent requirements of Federal and State regulators.
Exterior Renovations
Asphalt demolition, paving, concrete, roofing, painting and general site work.
Demolition Services
Interior demolition and removal of whole structures up to 5 stories are handled by CATIs in house staff. Larger structures can be demolished by one of CATIs experienced subcontractors. Utilizing the most sophisticated removing, and testing techniques available.
