Founded in 1990, CATI has grown from an asbestos abatement company to a full service environmental remediation and construction firm specializing in asbestos, mold & lead abatement, underground storage tank removal, soil remediation, facility decommissioning and a full rage of construction services with emphasis on tenant build out. renovation. CATI is a minority owned corporation headquartered in Mitchellville, Maryland with a field office at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.

CATI is a partner in one joint venture. CATI Environmental & Construction JV which is an SBA approved Joint Venture that is 8A certified with Maxximus Environmental, Inc. located in Rockville, Md.

CATI, Inc. offers as a standard, a six million dollar general liability insurance policy written on a per occurrence basis with no sunset clause and a six million dollar pollution liability insurance policy.. Additional limits can be procured upon client request.

CATI, Inc. has developed a surety relationship with the Maryland Small Business Financing Authority (MSBDFA).
MSBDFA will provide Surety Bonds with limits up to $2,000,000 per project.
